In my experience, life is also what happens to other people while you are busy working.

But it’s not all that gloomy.  Without being too "head in the clouds" it is possible to make some real changes to your life.  To get some life back without having to give up the job and go and live on an island for a year!

This is my passion.  I like to work but I don’t want it to kill me.  I don’t want to end up divorced and I don’t want the kids to grow up saying "Mummy, who’s that strange man?" when I finally do come home.

I’ve been there and I am doing something about it.  I have some great but simple ideas on how business can be successful and life can be fitted happily around it.
