I have just completed a Strategic Planning project with an international bestselling author and speaker.  We started out with Coaching – working together to define his dream.  We had a series of great calls together, talking over his plans and thinking big about the future.

We then moved into Strategic Planning to define the way forward for his business over the next 12 months.  We looked at where he currently is and planned how to achieve his goals.  We were able to define his roadmap to achieving his objectives. Read the rest of this entry »
